Hello friends!
What a week!! The final game was epic and delivered adrenalin and excitement to (most of) all our family! I didn't expect this to be so intense. Happy for Messi (he is my favourite football player now) and Argentina 💪 But also, we can't ignore that France played almost as amazing! Probably, the best final I can recall. Now, we can relax for a bit =)
💭 Quote of the week
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
— Wayne Gretzky
I love this quote! I've applied it many times myself. When hesitating about making a decision, applying for a job, sending a message to someone I don't know, etc. - it's very powerful. PS short commentary on the origin of this quote.

📖 Book: (Re-)started reading Courage To Be Disliked. I think I learned about this book from the Shopify founder. I've always been interested in philosophy, so the topic drew my attention. The book is structured as a dialogue between a philosopher and a younger person, and they debate several topics, e.g. if people can change, if previous trauma should determine your future actions, etc.
🎙️ Podcast: Andrew Huberman interviews Lex Fridman. A very curious reversed role dynamic when Lex is being interviewed himself. Helps unveil more about his personality.
